Once pre-approval is cleared, then we can proceed with a complete quote.
Once Council has approved the plans, pre-production starts and a schedule is drafted, including site visits. Building now starts.
Variations are possible however, considerations need to be kept in mind of additional charges. These can be discussed during site meetings.
The timeframe for the construction will be set in your schedule. Generally it is an ten-week build time.
Once the house is constructed we allocate two weeks to deliver your new home.
